It's almost time to swap our first projects....

By next Monday all the participating school should have swapped all the projects based on How we celebrate...

Both of our 5th Level classes are just finishing up our final touches to we can send all the great presentations that they've prepared....

Also we're all really excited to see what we get sent!

Over the next week we'll start loading some of the presentations that our pupils have worked so hard on up here on the blog so you can all share the great work that they've done.

E-twinning Update!!!

One week later and we've got more exciting news concerning our primary 5th level e-twinning project!

We now have the full list of ALL the schools participating in this new and very interesting project! Not only will we be communicating with a school in the UK, but we will also be swapping information and learning about children from the following countries ACROSS Europe:

Romania

Slovakia

Italy

Turkey

Greece

Poland

and France

So that's 8 different countries, all communicating in English to learn something new about each other and in total there are 14 schools participating in the project (including us here in Escola Garbi!)

Let's get started on the project! :)

Exciting News.....!!!

For all your 5th level primary students we have some very exciting news!

This year we are going to be taking part in an e-twinning project with some schools all across Europe!

We are going to be sending letters, postcards, making posters, power points and many more things so that we can send lots of information to our new friends so that they can learn all about us, and in return we will receive lots of information about them and hopefully learn a new thing or two!

Our main contact is with a school in England called 'Brocks Hill Primary School', ( you can find out information about the school at their website: http://www.brockshill.leics.sch.uk ) and we are eagerly awaiting news of the other school taking apart across Europe! As soon as we have new information we'll be posting it on here!

The first topic that we're going to start working on is telling the other schools how we celebrate.......

We can't wait to get started on this new and exciting project!!
